- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been with practice over 3years. Staff very helpful and doctors very ready to assist, even when I showed up 30 minutes to end of surgery, a doctor rang me to advise. My test results always on time. Staff polite on phone and try to deal with your query. Sometimes they have been short of doctors but doctors are generally short in the UK so will have impact on this surgery. I have an ongoing illness and staff have helped me manage this well.
